Internet Policy:
All photos must contain a copyright credit. Discounts shall not exceed
10%
of the current suggested retail price. Free shipping may only be offered
if products are sold at current suggested retail prices. Please do not
misrepresent de la Frontera.
Return Policy:
All returns must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and are
subject
to a 25% restocking fee plus pre-paid shipping by the sender. The sender
is also responsible for all damages that may occur during shipping. In
lieu
of returning items, an additional discount may be negotiated depending
on
the reason for the return.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders require the customer and de la Frontera to sign off on
detailed
specifications. Production time will be quoted. All custom orders and
specific
color requests will be quoted as appropriate and will be non-refundable.
Product Specifications/Characteristics:
Our products may vary up to 1/2” in length, width, and height on all
copper,
stone, and wood. All of our products are handcrafted functional art and
due
to natural material variations, we cannot guarantee absolute dimensions
or artisan perfection. However we always strive for both. Do not cut
countertop holes w/o having the actual sink in hand.
Natural Stone Characteristics:
Our natural stones are Travertine, Marble, and Onyx. They come in 16
colors, each
with its own distinctive characteristics. Travertine is predominated by
a cavity
structure. These cavities are frequently filled with matching or
contrasting colored
cement or epoxy. Marble and Onyx are beautiful and exciting stones with
their
varieties of veining, patterns and varied palette of colors. All natural
stone will
vary in color because of nature and quarry location.
Copper - Natural and Polished Finish:
Our natural copper finish is the most variable ranging from red to black
to
pink. If this variability is a potential problem please choose one of
our more
popular, consistent finishes, i.e Patina (PA) or Patina Especial (PE).
de la Frontera is unable to replace or refund any natural or polished
orders.
All natural and polished orders are subject to a custom up-change of
$150.00 retail.
Drop Ship Fee:
All drop shipments will incur an additional $10.00 shipping and handling
fee
to cover additional cost and processing due to residential addresses.
